Ripple Up ("we," "us," "our") connects local businesses with local Instagram creators for marketing campaigns. This page explains what information we collect when you use rippleup.in, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you fill in our Business or Creator sign-up form, we collect the details you provide directly, which may include:
We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data through this site.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.
Submissions are stored in a private database that only the Ripple Up team can access. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure, though as with any online service, no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
We only share your details with a specific business or creator when a collaboration is being actively arranged, and only the information relevant to that collaboration (e.g. a business sees a creator's handle and follower count, not their phone number, until both sides agree to connect). We do not share your data with unrelated third parties.
You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing hello@rippleup.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
This site currently does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. If we add basic analytics in the future (to understand site traffic), we will update this policy accordingly.
We retain sign-up information for as long as it's useful for matching campaigns, or until you ask us to delete it.
As Ripple Up grows, this policy may be updated. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when that happens.
